I love this site from Chris Masterjohn! If you have any doctor friends that spew out facts at an alarming speed at you about cholesterol and health.....send them to this site, and keep your own blood pressure down! I'm not great at keeping a log of percentages and facts in my head. I write about what I live, what I feel, and what I observe. If you need the other stuff, see Mr. Masterjohn.
